I was brought in to design a B2B Marketplace where loss making restauranters hard hit by the pandemic will have an opportunity to list themselves and get connected to prospective buyers. The B2B platform will provide tools for the promoters to create compelling stories about their restaurants, and also provide marketing and consumer analysis for prospective buyers to make informed decisions. With advanced search features and expert assessments of everything from social sentiment to marketing technology—finding the perfect business partnership to any of the hundreds of brands in their area will never be easier!

I led a 50 member team spread across 4 continents into transformation of a B2C food & dining marketplace to a B2B offering for this NYC-based startup. We built an integrated solution comprising best-in-class websites & apps, business management tools, social media and multi-channel marketing campaigns, that was successfully executed for over 300 restaurant brands nationally, generating over $3 million annual revenue.

As the first dedicated tourism portal for luxury, lifestyle and golf, we primed our readers to transition from “browsing” to “booking” through an entirely new digital experience. Built as an immersive platform, the focused content and compelling UX effectively blurred the lines between information and advertising. The highlight was a revolutionary marketing opportunity and our exploration of interactive advertising that merged custom, evergreen content and an award winning custom ad units to run alongside that content.

I pitched and led the delivery of a range of online retail experiences for various brands where the common theme was fostering the same level of emotional experience and elegance of brands' real- world stores. The websites were designed to merchandize items that trigger aspirations and make customers feel empowered, beautiful and confident.
