Hi, Iā€™m Adit!

Since 2005, I have held design leadership roles at agencies, consulting firms and technology startups building everything from concept pitches to ready-to-ship products across various industries. I am as adept at leading global teams spanning multiple continents as I am at contributing hands-on in design, documentation or roadmap from ground up.

Currently, I lead the product design team at Zenoti, the global leader in cloud based software solution for the beauty, wellness and fitness industry. Our product offerings are being used by 20,000+ businesses in over 50 countries. As we take Zenoti to a new phase that focuses on delight, engagement & simplicity, my roles involves:

  • Mentoring a team of interaction designers, visual designers and user researchers towards building the next generation of B2B and B2B2C experiences

  • Overseeing the establishment and adoption of an advanced Design System across all of our products and platform offerings

  • Creating an effective UX metrics system for tracking experience improvements and showing progress to stakeholders.

Before joining Zenoti, I was the Head of Product Design at a NYC headquartered product incubator & technology marketing consulting firm that launched innovative B2B and B2C solutions for the restaurant and supermarkets industries, and at the same time partnered with a few early-stage startups to bring their vision to life. Prior to product design, I worked for many years in the digital advertising industry where I designed and led hundreds of projects for global brands like AT&T, Tommy Hilfiger, Audi, Tom Ford, Microsoft and many more.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to have my work awarded by multiple institutions like Davey Awards, Global Mobile App Summit, W3 agency and even by Yahoo Japan for best digital campaign of the year for my work on Jaguar cars. However I truly believe I've learned way more from my failures and the challenges I have encountered working with product startups in the last few years is the badge that I proudly wear with honor!

P.S. When I am not rocking it at work, I like to write about operations, process and the business of design.
